RightSignature was founded by Jonathan Siegel and Daryl Bernstein in 2009. Unique visitors to the site range from 47,879 to 23,176. It ranks 3rd in the e-signing business behind EchoSign and Docusign.
RightSignature is the newest of its main competitors, Docusign and EchoSign. It has nearly as many features as the others for lower prices. During testing, it was very easy to use and a document was sent, signed, and returned in minutes.
The signing option with the computer mouse is much smoother than EchoSign's.
During review, the screenshot tour link was broken, which would have helped new users to view the process of signing with RightSignature. The website itself has tons of information and text, which is why a visual tour would be helpful for an overview of the service. Some pages are so crammed with text in small fonts that it is unappealing and many users may simply navigate away without reading it.
The free trial immediately offers options for signing a sample document, sending a document for signature, and viewing the fee-based plans.
The signing option is smooth and easy. The sample document sending option provides templates to choose from. Users may view it and then see what the recipient will see when opening the document. Arrows indicate areas where information is necessary for entry. This is a very intuitive process and the test features lead the new user through the process nicely.
Creating a form from an individual template is very easy. Once uploaded, the user may add a signature box, text box, calendar for dating, check box, or initial box. Once done, the system generates a $10 coupon to update immediately. The document may be sent with one click.
A test document was sent during evaluation of that app. It was received within seconds, completed and signed and returned. The entire process took less than 5 minutes.
This is a very easy app to use and pricing plans are more appealing than the competition.
A user provides name and an email address to begin a free trial. Email must be verified in order to send documents for signature, create reusable templates, add users to an account, and other features.
The application offers a 5 document free trial with no obligation.

Any business or individual who requires regular signatures on agreements, contracts, proposals, or documents of any kind will find this a very easy way to streamline the signing process. As we move more into the digital age, this will most certainly be an app to watch... and use.
